Safety Representative

Raul came to Swift filled with curiosity and tenacity. After many years of working in the field and prioritizing training, he now champions our safety program. Raul is responsible for making sure everyone is up to date on their training and always following all protocols. His passion for safety makes him one of our most important points of contact. He chooses our weekly Toolbox Talk topics and ensures our team is implementing them during his daily jobsite visits. Raul’s favorite part of Swift Construction is the job culture. He appreciates that employees can interact with each other while working diligently and efficiently. Raul’s free time revolves around spending quality time with his family, and as a big soccer fanatic he enjoys playing and watching the sport.
