Sal takes responsibility of overseeing all of our jobs and prioritizing safety in the field. He has been with the company since it was founded, and he holds tons of information and knowledge about the construction industry. Sal leads our project managers by example as he steps up to solve any unforeseen problems that may occur on a daily basis. He also works closely with our Safety Representative to confirm everyone is up to date on their safety certifications. Sal enjoys seeing the growth in our employees and aiding them in taking on new roles as they progress. When he isn’t setting up our team for success, Sal loves traveling and spending time with his family.
